celebrated a special occasion at a hotel in jammu, but bloom hotel surpassed expectations with its spacious, clean rooms and excellent service. the comfortable beds, smart tv with netflix, and complimentary water made our stay exceptional. kudos to the friendly and helpful staff.

My room at Bloom Hotel was spacious and impeccably clean, with a huge TV and plenty of complimentary water. The quiet ambiance made for a restful night's sleep. The complementary Bisleri water was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, the chair in my room was broken, a bit concerning. I highly recommend this hotel.
